- Wash your hands frequently
- Do not touch your eyes, mouth, nose or face
- Always wear a FFP3 (N95) mask outside (where possible)
- Avoid contact with people, especially elderly and vulnerable people
- Avoid attending public places and mass gatherings unless absolutely necessary
- Cover, Catch and Bin any coughs or sneezes and immediately wash your hands afterwards
- Stay at home
- Contact your local emergency services if you begin to feel unwell
- Store enough food at home and please do not panic buy
